The engineering was the smaller challenge. The harder part was editorial: deciding what to surface, and how to present public data accurately and fairly, so the tool served the person deciding without overstating what the numbers say. Business owners and accountants have welcomed it — not as a way to compare practitioners, but as a way to verify they're engaging a qualified and experienced adviser. It's become a reference tool that directors and accountants check before committing to one of the most important decisions for their business, so they can engage with confidence rather than relying on marketing claims alone.
